Each team will select an organization of their choice that is an ethical model or one that previously demonstrated unethical practices and changed the direction to a positive outcome for the company. The company can be anywhere in North America and must be agreed upon by the entire group. Each group should be assigned specific tasks to research for the project and complete as assigned. This is a team assignment and there will be one team grade given once submitted and presented to the class. The assignment will be submitted in Canvas prior to the presentation for the class final.

Select a team leader that will ensure integrity and continuity within the team for a successful outcome. If challenges arise and team members are not participating, allow the leader to resolve before discussing with the instructor for final decision. Any team member not completing their required portion of the assignment will not receive the same grade as the team.
You will need to develop a research paper of 5-8 pages in length consisting of the following: Cover page (Name of business, your team, the course, and the date), Introduction, headings for the body of information you are providing, conclusion, and citations.

The final powerpoint/google slides presentation should be no more than 15 minutes in length where all team members must engage in the presentation process. The opening slide should have similar information as your cover page in the research paper. There should be no more than 10-12 slides. There will be time for Q&A from the class after the presentation that is separate from your 15-minute time allotment.
