Kinesiology 6 Term Paper

Welcome to the Kinesiology 6 Library Research Guide! 

Here you will find resources and information to help you complete your report/term paper.

For this paper, you will be researching a kinesiology topic relating to personal training/weight lifting. Refer to your textbook for topic ideas.

Resources to be used for this project include the following:

  • 5 scholarly articles from LPC Library's research databases
  • 1 article/chapter from your textbook


  • Report must include the following:
    • introduction
    • review of literature (summary of your research)
    • body of facts
    • summary
    • conclusion
    • description of what you have learned
    • your Works Cited (MLA) or References (APA) list must be the last page in your paper (no separate document)
  • Style/format: APA or MLA
  • Length: 3-4 pp. or 1100-1200 words, typed
  • Have someone from the Writing lab or ILC check and sign off on your paper OR email assignment to
  • Run your final paper through Safe-Assign before turning in
