The LPC Library, like most academic libraries, uses the Library of Congress classification system (LC). 

Books on education have a call # starting with the letter L. 

For example:

LB 3051 = Standardized Testing

LC 3715 = Bilingual Education

Use the online catalog to find exact call numbers on your topic.
