Place materials on reserve for your students to access in the library.
Course reserves are kept behind the checkout desk. Their use is dictated by the faculty when placing the reserve request. In most cases, course reserves are only for one hour for library use. To place an item on course reserve, bring the item and your course information to the Check Out Desk. If you have any questions, please call the circulation staff at 925-424-1151.
Help build our library collections to support your teaching.
In accordance with our collection development policy, although library faculty are responsible for the overall development of library collections, all college disciplines are expected to take an active role in selecting library print and media materials. The Library faculty act as contact persons for each academic area and assist faculty with resource selection and use. For more information, please see the full text of our Collection Development Policy. To request an item, click the below button and include as much information as possible, including author, title, publisher, price, ISBN, and other information as appropriate. Include your name and phone number so we may contact you if necessary. Please also indicate if you are a faculty member, staff member, or student.
