WMST 2 (Bengiveno) - Global Perspectives of Women: Plagiarism

⚠️What is Plagiarism?

All direct quotes must be cited. Ideas or facts from other authors must also be cited, even in your own words. Copying someone else's words without quoting is PLAGIARISM!

Paraphrasing without giving credit is also plagiarism.  Be diligent in citing to avoid these pitfalls.  Review the Las Positas College Academic Honesty Statement and our Plagiarism Tutorial for more on plagiarism.  Another helpful guide is Indiana University’s Plagiarism: What It Is and How to Recognize and Avoid It.
