Books for APA Style

APA Style

APA (American Psychological Association) style is one of several different formats dictating citation styling/formatting and is most commonly used to for writing within the social sciences. The main resource for how to format according to the APA style is the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, shown to the left. The most current edition is the 7th edition, which offers examples for the general format of APA research papers, in-text citations, endnotes/footnotes, and the reference page. While many sources provide information on how to cite and format according to APA, the manual is the primary source of information.
