Elements Needed (in the order given) - 

• First thing listed for the item's citation in the Reference list; Author Last Name, Organization Name, or Work Title.
• Year of Publication
• Pages Numbers, if referencing specific pages

Format -

(Last Name, Year)

Example Book (Print or Online) Two Authors, Specific Page -

(Miller & Miller, 1998, p.55).

Example Website, Organization as Author - 

(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2014) <------First in-text citation for source, next in-text citation, can just use (CDC, 2014)
