Part 1: Essay 4, Proposal to Solve a Problem*
Write an essay proposing a solution to a problem affecting a community or group to which you belong.
Source Requirement:
- This paper must include at least four outside sources, all of which must be traditional print sources (books, newspapers, and magazines, journal articles). Make sure that at least one of these four sources is a scholarly journal article or well-researched magazine article.
- The dictionary, encyclopedias, religious texts, and Wikipedia are not allowed as sources for this research paper, so do not use them. All works cited sources must be used in the body of the paper to fulfill the research requirement.
