Symposium Assignment

SYMPOSIUMS  

This semester each of you will research ONE of the following topics under the Bold categories. There will be four components to this assignment:  Annotation Assignment, Abstract, Annotated Bibliography, and PowerPoint Presentation. See Module Assignment in Canvas for due dates.  NO WIKIPEDIA SOURCES ALLOWED. You should stay away from encyclopedias since they are not academic sources. ​There will be a Library Orientation for the Symposium.

Your annotated bibliography must include a minimum of twelve sources; a variety of sources including books, journal articles, and no more than six internet sources (of the twelve).  The annotations should be several sentences to a paragraph in length per bibliographic citation.  Interviews are also acceptable as sources when appropriate.
